A personal hostel
Castanea is a small personal hostel, located at one of The Old Towns narrow and cobble stoned streets. With a beautiful horse chestnut tree at a small square just outside. We have single rooms, twin rooms, 4- and 6-bedded rooms and dormitories. We have a kitchen for your own cooking. Showers and toilettes are shared, in the corridor.
Sheets and towels could be hired for €7 – or bring your own. Sleeping bags are not allowed due to hygiene reasons.
Free wireless Internet (not strong in all rooms). Free Guest computers.
Smoking is not allowed, nor is animals. Open all year.
Welcome to check in 15.00-18.00. For arrivals before 15 or after 18.00 please contact us at least two days before by telephone or e-mail.
